Ebotula is an IRC bot for administration tasks in one or more channels. It has four access levels. The top level is the bot master, where a user has complete access to all functions. The channel owner is the administrator in one channel. The other levels are friends and other users. The bot is a multithread application and can execute more commands simultaneously.
