GLC is LAN chatting program written in C using Gtk+. It is based on LANChat for Win9x, and is compatibile with it. The main advantage of this program is that you can chat indendently of any server. This makes it useful if a network route collapses and IRC, ICQ, etc become unusable on your LAN.
